2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
- Metro Cities: 7–10 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 Business Days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days
Please note that these are estimated delivery timelines and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances. Transparent delivery timelines and shipping terms help set customer expectations and reduce support requests.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected orders or promotional campaigns from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp containing your tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Mirarti Fashion will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Delayed Deliveries
Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

- Government restrictions
- High order volumes

8. Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:
- Please do not accept the package if possible.
- If accepted, record an unboxing video immediately.
- Contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
9. Lost Shipment
If your order has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us.
We will coordinate with our courier partner and provide the best possible resolution after verification.
10. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible PIN codes and may be subject to additional charges.
Mirarti Fashion reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or order values.
